Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through Theia Bijou are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Custom & Bespoke Creations

Custom-designed jewellery, engagement rings, personalized pieces, and bespoke creations are made specifically for each client. For this reason, these pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced.

Quality Assurance

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package. Our team will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once a custom piece enters production or an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
